Dear God:
You were and are right. Your Word is given to protect us so we don't have to deal with the deformation of our souls.
Like an egg shell cracking and breaking apart, our souls [are like] the crevices of sin which reveals a ramdom pattern of ugliness that expresses no beauty nor uniformity, which even in it's heinesness, reveals nothing that would be considered a work of art.
And though by Your grace You can make it beautiful, our souls can never fully be redeemed nor our lives measure up to its full potential that You had in mind
So we thank You for Your grace which gives us life as we destroy our lives.
