I found out today that I was not chosen to be the lead CSM, however, it was a hard choice between myself, and the lady I convinced to apply. She got it. This makes me very happy! They asked me to play second to her, it doesn't come with a raise, but it is one more nail in the case for a merit, which would mean more money anyway. And, it shifts the balance of power in the front end to myself and Ida, who agrees with me. Oh joyfull day, finally, I can begin to see positive change in the front end. Oh happy day!
