smiles are like the flu full of health.
make eye contact with a small baby and 99% of the time they will smile and laugh.
smile and laugh back and you have encouraged more.
a lot of people let their smiles/joy disappear for various reasons in life and thats why we need to smile at these people to give a little joy back to their life even if its for a moments time.
plain and simple ,its a smile ministry!
