I started work yesterday with

I started work yesterday with a strange feeling. Something just wasn't right. I could not put my finger on it, but I just didn't want to CSM that night. So, since there were four of us, and I am used to working alone, I asked management if I could work on a special project (since there is never a shortage of people for those:) I got to work in Lawn and Garden, it felt good. It has been a long time since I have done anything but CSM, and it felt good to do something different. Ahhh, the good old days, when I did it all in one week. The joys of being a homeless floater :) I also got to get off work early, and I promptly forgot to grab my notebook (I've been pretty absentminded lately) as I left.

For Jennifer: Romans 1:16, only you used powder for power, lol. pretty good word-for-word translation except for a few "typo" like mistakes.
Romans 1:16
"Weile wo bushi xiukui de zhe fuyin de Yesu, yinwei ta shi zhe li de Shen weile zhe zhengjiu de meigeren shui xiangxin: diyige weile zhe youtairen nashi weile zhe gentile."
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew then for the gentile."

New Leadership Law:
• Borrowed Authority: A leader has only as much authority as those people he/she leads allows him/her to have.

I would say that a leader has all the authority imbued to the position, but can only exercise it to the extent that those who follow will allow. As in, God has given us everything we need for life and righteousness through our knowledge of Him... yet, how often do we walk in that... the fact that we have everything we need is not negated, just relegated to uselessness because we do not allow that to work in us. (hmmm, now I wonder if all that made sense)
